Integra Promotes Manfra to Senior Managing Director

Integra Realty Resources has promoted Jerry Manfra to Senior Managing Director of its Boston office. Manfra is a 20-year industry veteran and a former U.S. Navy SEAL. In his new position he will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and overseeing local operations.

Manfra has been a professional appraiser since 1998. Prior to joining Integra-Boston, he owned and operated his own real estate appraisal company. His appraisal experience includes multifamily, retail, industrial, mixed-use, senior housing and commercial land throughout New England. Manfra is a graduate of Norwich University, where he earned a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s in electrical engineering.

Integra also announced that Elisha Lee Jr. will rejoin the Boston team after completing one year with NKF Valuation & Advisory. Lee has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1985, and currently focuses on urban and suburban developments.
