Integra Adds Two New Offices, Six Sr. Appraisers Return in Dallas from JLL

Denver-based Integra Realty Resources (IRR) expanded into two markets and had six senior appraisers return to its Dallas office. The independent commercial real estate valuation, research and consulting firm added offices in Atlanta and St. Louis. In less than 18 months, IRR has opened 14 new offices across the country.

IRR’s Anthony M. Graziano (pictured above) says, “This continues to be a transformational time for Integra Realty Resources as we fight back to maintain our market leading position.”

The Atlanta office opens under the leadership of Matthew Albigese, an industry veteran who has been appraising commercial real estate properties and tracking property trends throughout Georgia for more than 15 years.

The St. Louis office opens under the leadership of Bradley J. Schopp, a nearly 20-year industry veteran who will serve as Executive Director. Also joining is Timothy M. Schoemehl, who will oversee the general commercial operations as Senior Managing Director, as well as Victor D. Cremeens, and Alisha Gammon, who will serve as Managing Directors.

The six who return to IRR in Dallas after a stint at JLL include Dennis C. Pertle, Mike Mauren, Randy Pettit, Lauri Conway Johnson, Ryan Baker and Andy Drais.
