Insurer USI Relocates to Florham Park Campus

USI Insurance will relocate to Hudson Advisors’ 180 Park Ave. in Florham Park, NJ. The insurance provider has leased 35,415 square feet at the 221,565-square-foot office property, which is adjacent to The Green at Florham Park.

A Transwestern team of James Postell, Matt McDonough and Dan Ligorner represented 180 Park’s landlord. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ben Brenner represented USI.

180 Park is part of a two-building campus that also includes 170 Park Ave. and totals approximately 370,000 square feet. Based in Valhalla, NY, USI has multiple offices around New Jersey.
