Insurer Triples Space in Move to Rosemont Redevelopment

Colliers Chicago’s Jonathon Connor and Jason Simon represented a joint venture between Farpoint Development and Greco/DeRosa Investment Group in a 17,887-square-foot lease to Goosehead Insurance at 6300 N. River Rd. in Rosemont, IL. The Dallas based insurance company more than triples its space with the lease.

“We are very excited to welcome Goosehead Insurance to 6300 River Rd.,’ said Connor. “The building offers the company the opportunity to accommodate its rapid growth in a truly unique concrete loft office environment with a full spectrum of amenities.”

6300 River Rd. is a 130,000-square-foot, seven story boutique loft office redevelopment. It offers tenants and visitors amenities such as a fitness center, Zen garden, golf simulator, on-site café, lounge and conference center.

Goosehead Insurance was represented by CBRE’s Andrew Kaplan & Ryan Buchanan.
