Insurance Tech Firm Takes 90K-SF in Denver HQ Relocation

Vertafore plans to relocate its headquarters to Denver from Seattle. The insurance tech firm will shift operations into 90,000 square feet at LBA Realty’s Denver Place, an 891,505-square-foot, two-tower complex in downtown.

Later this summer, Vertafore plans to take occupancy of its space at 999 18th St., where it has expansion options. The company, which currently employs roughly 120 in Denver, plans to hire 300 over the next four years and will receive up to $700,000 in public financial incentives.

The company says the move allows it to tap into Colorado’s “robust pool of talented professionals, central U.S. location, and emerging status as a thriving technology hub.” Vertafore specializes in cloud-based technology for insurance claims processing, client service, quote and compliance.

The company was acquired last June by private equity firms Bain Capital and Vista Equity Partners for a reported $2.7 billion.
