Insurance Brokerage Leases Floor at WestStar Tower

HUB International will locate at WestStar Tower, which Hunt Companies is developing in downtown El Paso. The global insurance brokerage is leasing nearly 13,000 square feet on level 15 of the 20-story Class A office building, which will be the city’s tallest tower when completed.

“We are excited to be locating in what will be the most modern, technologically advanced commercial office space in El Paso, and being part of the transformation and future of downtown,” said Don Margo, president of HUB El Paso, one of HUB International’s 475-plus offices.

“We’ve had a great deal of interest from potential tenants and we’re glad to have one of HUB’s caliber join us in this state-of-the-art commercial building,” said Josh Hunt, EVP with Hunt.

Will and Adin Brown with Sonny Brown Associates are leading the leasing and sales effort for office and retail users at WestStar Tower.
