Lew Gil-Moore Cos. LLC closed a transaction with Arrington Outdoor Advertising LP to acquire a four-building office project in northwest Tarrant County. The buyer, an insurance company, plans to occupy the only vacant building in the multi-tenant complex at 800 Jim Wright Fwy. in White Settlement, TX.

The asset, which totals 9,180 square feet, is situated less than 10 miles west of Fort Worth. Lew Gil-Moore will occupy the smallest building, which totals 1,372 square feet. The other buildings are leased to StubGroup Advertising (3,654 square feet); Therapy on Demand (2,199 square feet) and UBuildIt (1,895 square feet.

Casey Tounget and Theron Bryant with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW represented the seller in the transaction. Brian Tobey of Makens Co. represented the buyer.
