JRW Realty has facilitated the sale and closing of Point Mallard Centre, a multi-retail shopping center in Decatur, AL anchored by a 45,600-square-foot Publix. Small shops, restaurants and medical centers account for another 16,800 square feet of the center, which is located near Interstate 65 on the south side of the north AL town.

The firm sourced and closed the shopping center on behalf of an institutional buyer that is actively acquiring net-leased and value-add focused properties.
