Instant Group Secures Space for Ten Lifestyle at One Nomad

The Instant Group has advised travel and lifestyle concierge service Ten Lifestyle Group in its flexible workspace strategy for more than 10 years, and most recently secured the firm a new Managed Office space at One Nomad, located at 875 Sixth Ave. in Manhattan. Ten Lifestyle Group will use the 4,368-square-foot office space to service its clients’ concierge offering as part of its East Coast expansion.

The Instant advisory team included project lead Eoin O’Callanain and account director Sean Allen. Colliers VP David Harrel represented The Instant Group on behalf of Ten Lifestyle Group. Kaufman Organization principal Grant Greenspan and director Ben Saftler represented the landlord.

“While we previously placed Ten Lifestyle Group into flexible workspace, with their recent client wins and need to bring a team together to deliver high-level concierge services to global financial services companies, our Managed workspace offering was an ideal solution,” said Allen. “This enabled us to align their real estate contracts with their client contracts while providing a fully designed, built, and managed space that supports their brand values.”
