Insights from SIOR Fall Conference: Strong Industrial Demand into 2020 (VIDEO)

With the new year only a matter of weeks away, it’s time to consider what 2020 will bring for the industrial sector. In the view of experts Connect Media interviewed at the recent SIOR Fall World Conference in Portland, OR, demand is expected to remain strong, although maintaining the current accelerated pace could prove challenging.

In the video below, you’ll hear market predictions for the new year from Colliers International’s Chicago-based Lynn Reich and Dallas-based Allen Gump. Mark Duclos (pictured), president of Sentry Commercial and 2020 SIOR president, provides insights into the direction SIOR will be taking in the coming year.
