Insights from REBNY Gala: Industry Leaders Look Back on 2019’s Defining Moments (VIDEO)

The year that ended on December 31 was a momentous one for New York commercial real estate. From the rent control laws enacted by the state legislature in June, to the formidable volume of office leasing, 2019 was memorable in many ways.

At the Real Estate Board of New York’s 124th Annual Banquet on Thursday evening, Connect Media asked industry leaders for their thoughts about the moments that defined 2019 for New York commercial real estate. In the video below, you’ll hear insights from REBNY Chair Bill Rudin; Compass’ Adelaide Polsinelli; Cushman & Wakefield’s Bruce Mosler; Meridian Investment Sales’ David Schechtman, The Durst Organization’s Helena Durst; JRT Realty Group’s Jodi Pulice (pictured), winner of this year’s Bernard H. Mendik Lifetime Leadership in Real Estate Award; and JLL’s Robert Knakal.
