Insights from NMHC Annual Meeting: “Great Optimism” for 2020 (VIDEO)
At the National Multifamily Housing Council’s 2020 NMHC Annual Meeting in Orlando earlier this month, industry leaders had a lot to say about their expectations for 2020. By and large, those expectations were positive: “We’re looking at the year with great optimism,” said Passco’s Jake Niles.
That being said, Jim Flynn, CEO of Hunt Real Estate Capital (pictured), alluded to “areas of limited growth where we need to be careful and focus our clients around risk.”
