Insight Property Group, PCCP Complete Renovation of 576-Unit Falls Church MF Property

Washington D.C.-focused real estate firm Insight Property Group and PCCP LLC have announced the completion of the renovation, redesign and rebranding of Falls Green, a 576-unit multifamily community in Falls Church, VA.

The asset, which was formerly known as Oakwood Falls Church, was acquired by the joint venture in 2018. Originally built in 1974 as short-term corporate housing, the community consists of a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans with rents that start at $1,300 per month. Amenities include a fitness center, multi-purpose room, pool, clubhouse and a coworking lounge.

The property is located at 501 Roosevelt Blvd., nine miles west of downtown Washington D.C.
