Inova to Open Health Care Facility at 13-Acre Site in Alexandria

Inova Health System plans to open Inova Healthplex, a new health care facility on 13 acres in Alexandria. The site is located within Oakville Triangle, nearby Amazon’s HQ2.

The health care system recently signed an agreement with site developer Stonebridge Associates and Carras Partners to anchor the planned 446,000-square-foot development, which will also include retail and residential.

The Inova Healthplex is expected to be similar to the facility the health system operates nearby the Franconia-Springfield Metro station. It will be equipped with an emergency room, outpatient care center and medical offices.
