Inogen Signs for 154K SF of Space

Oxygen concentrator manufacturer Inogen inked a deal, giving it 154,097 square feet of industrial and office space in Plano, TX. The lease at 600 Shiloh Rd. will consolidate the tenant’s existing Texas facilities under one roof, while accommodating the company’s anticipated growth over the next decade.

Baron Aldrine, Campbell Puckett, Dennis Hearst and Bryan Bazzi with CBRE represented the tenant. John Hendricks, also with CBRE, negotiate on behalf of landlord Trident Capital Group.

The space is currently occupied by Flextronics, which will vacate by the end of 2019. Inogen will move in during early 2020. The company currently occupies two industrial buildings and a call center in Richard, TX. Upon move-in to the new space, Inogen’s manufacturing operations will occupy approximately 90,000 square feet, and the call center will fill the remaining space.

Connect Industrial will take place in Houston! Register for this Nov. 19, 2019 event by clicking here.
