Innovo Unveils 736K-SF Industrial Facility in LIC 

Innovo Property Group (IPG) has unveiled its latest development, The Review Avenue Complex, a multistory urban industrial facility in Long Island City, Queens. This 736,000-square-foot complex, located at 28-90 Review Ave, offers class-A space with flexible floor plates starting at 25,000 square feet.  

Developed in partnership with the Urban Investment Group (UIG) at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, the complex features six stories with ground-level convenience, high-capacity floor loads, and truck access to each level via a 35-foot-wide ramp. With amenities like 40 x 42.5-foot column spacing, clear heights up to 32 feet, four freight elevators, heavy power capacity, and photovoltaic (PV) and electric vehicle (EV) readiness. 

“The Review Avenue Complex exemplifies convenience — whether considering the facility’s location or the ground-floor experience we have implemented on all six stories. We have developed a flexible, productive space that has the entire Tri-State area at its back door,” said Andrew Chung, Founder and CEO of IPG.
