Innovo Launches Leasing at Studio and Industrial Complex in Long Island City

Innovo Property Group (IPG) announced the completion and immediate availability of The Borden Complex. Located at 23-30 Borden Ave. in Long Island City’s Borden Innovation District, the one-million square foot Class-A multi-tenant development includes multiple levels of urban industrial space and a purpose-built film and television studio.

Borden Industrial offers multiple levels of urban industrial space intended to cater to a variety of users. JLL is leading the leasing efforts for Borden Industrial.

Occupying the top floors of The Borden Complex, Borden Studios offers 232,935 square feet of production space with direct, drive-up access. Borden Studios includes four NC-25 sound-rated sound stages, ranging from 11,600 to 15,200 square feet. It’s operated by The MBS Group, reportedly the world’s largest studio operating and production services company.
