Triton Towers, a trio of seven-story office buildings in Renton, WA, has sold to Innovatus Capital Partners

Innovatus Acquires Class A Office Trio in Renton

Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC has acquired Triton Towers, a trio of seven-story, Class A office buildings totaling more than 400,000 square feet and located in the Seattle suburb of Renton, WA. LPC West, the West Coast arm of Lincoln Property Company, has been retained to provide property management services. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.

“We see a big opportunity in Renton, which has experienced a surge in demand for high-quality office space given its locational attributes,” said Bradley Seiden, managing director, Innovatus. “We look forward to finishing the capital improvements started by previous ownership and creating a best-in-class work environment that attracts top-caliber tenants.”

“Triton Towers is positioned to benefit as more and more employees return to the office following the pandemic. The property and immediate surroundings feature outstanding amenities for tenants and visitors alike,” said J.P. Harlow, SVP of LPC West’s Seattle region.
