Innovation Office Park Offers 1.1M SF of Creative/Flex Workspace
Irvine Company’s Innovation Office Park is an open-air office village offering more than 1.1 million square feet of creative and flexible workspace. This workplace is designed for health, wellness and growing businesses in the Irvine Spectrum business district. Innovation Office Park features 28 loft-style buildings, an indoor/outdoor cafe, an event pavilion and a private fitness center.
“Today’s most competitive companies seek workplaces that help them innovate, collaborate and thrive in an environment that promotes wellness and safeguards employees’ health,” said Steve Case, executive vice president, Irvine Company Office. “We are seeing strong early interest as health metrics improve, the vaccines roll out, and companies plan their return to the office and post-pandemic growth strategies.”
Located at the confluence of the I-5 and 133 freeways, Innovation Office Park’s first eight buildings totaling 300,000 square feet are now available. Companies can customize space through branded graphics on the building exterior, and select from a menu of private patio furniture and tailored interiors. Irvine Company also offers leasing flexibility starting at six months through its Flex Workspace+ program. The workplace community features a range of building sizes from 20,000 to 64,000 square feet with suites sizes starting as small as 2,000 square feet.
The building architect is LPA and the landscape architect is Burton Studio.
