Inman Equities Snags Daytona Beach Apartment Property for $29M
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of The Park at Via Roma, a 228-unit apartment property in Daytona Beach. The sales price was $29.3 million. Inman Equities acquired the property.
Located at 875 Derbyshire Road in Daytona Beach, the community features a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with an average unit size of 859 square feet. The community was 95% occupied at the time of the sale. Amenities include two resort-style swimming pools, two tennis courts, a designer clubhouse, coffee bar, resident lounge, business center, 24-hour fitness center and on-site laundry. Since 2017, the property has received more than $2.8 million in capital improvements.
