InLight Real Estate Partners Initiates 271K-SF Industrial Complex in Rex

InLight Real Estate Partners has broken ground on Rex Distribution Center, a two-building project on 21 acres in the Atlanta submarket of Rex, GA. Delivery of the facility is slated for April 2023.

The development will feature two divisible rear-load buildings with a shared truck court. One building will measure 131,400 square feet, while the other will total 139,900 square feet. Features include spec office space, 32-foot clear heights, ESFR fire protection systems, 60-foot. speed bays, ample car parking, additional off-door trailer parking and two over-sized drive-in doors per building.

Rex Distribution Center offers access to three interstates (I-675, I-75 and I-285) and the logistics corridor of Moreland Avenue. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

According to InLight principal Matt DiLeo, the infill location, proximate to the core of Atlanta’s logistics infrastructure, provides access to more than 80 percent of US consumers within a two-day drive.
