Inland Securities Names Martens SVP

J. Rick Martens has joined Inland Securities as SVP. Inland Securities is the exclusive dealer-manager and placement agent for public and private real estate investment programs sponsored by Inland Real Estate Investment and Inland Private Capital. He will serve as external wholesaler for the Oak Brook, IL-based company, working to build relationships with current and new financial advisors in Florida, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Martens brings Inland Securities nearly 18 years of experience in wholesale distribution of real estate investment programs in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Inland Securities, he served as SVP of Griffin Capital Securities.

Martens has raised more than $1 billion in equity during his career in the financial services industry.

About Paul Bubny

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
