Inland Private Capital Corporation (IPC) promoted seven executives within the Oak Brook, IL-based company’s underwriting, structuring finance, capital markets and operations divisions.

They’re as follows:

• Rachel Crabtree, promoted to assistant VP – investor services.
• Justin Fishman, promoted to assistant VP – acquisitions.
• Phil McAlister, promoted to VP – investments.
• Kyle Prokup, promoted to assistant VP – Capital Markets.
• Chris Rickett, promoted to assistant VP – acquisitions underwriting.
• Kristina Stortz, promoted to VP – private placement structuring.
• Ryan Vance, promoted to assistant VP – structure and finance.

“Each of these executives are dynamic and innovative leaders in their respective departments, and these promotions are well-deserved for the exceptional knowledge and experience they bring to IPC,” said Keith Lampi, president and COO of IPC. “We believe the strong individual accomplishments of each of these executives will continue to add value to the IPC platform, and will propel IPC’s position as a market leader in the 1031 exchange industry.”
