Inland Nabs Two Medical Office Buildings

Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc. negotiated and helped to close the purchase of two U.S. Pain & Spine (USPS) Institute medical office buildings in Houston, TX. An Inland affiliate struck the deal with seller USPS Hospital Holdings LLC, and ended up with the 34,600-square-foot Houston Hospital for Specialized Surgery, and the 37,000-square-foot USPS Surgical institute.

Matthew Tice with Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, and Brett Smith with Inland Real Estate Group LLC, facilitated the transaction. The sales price for both properties was not disclosed.

The Houston Hospital for Specialized Surgery at 5445 La Branch St. is two miles southwest of the central business district. The facility has seven surgical beds, three operating rooms and pre-and post-operation areas. The Surgical Institute is at 8111 Southwest Fwy., and has an ambulatory surgery center.
