Inland Real Estate Commercial Brokerage is marketing a 4.2-acre sports-plex property in Dolton, IL. Located at 15030 Dante Ave., near the four-way intersection of I-94 and Sibley Boulevard, the property is within a five-mile radius of 250,000 residents.
Positioned five miles from the Indiana border and approximately 20 minutes from downtown Chicago, the site offers convenient proximity and access to five major Interstate highways.
