Inland Empire Bolsters Industrial SF with Two New Builds

PREMIER Design + Build Group has broken ground on a pair of industrial developments in the Inland Empire. The projects, for First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., will add nearly 550,000 square feet to a region that is experiencing a shortage of industrial space.

First Pioneer Logistics Center is a 22-acre site in Redlands, CA, offering 461,000 square feet of interior space, a 42’ clear height, 92 dock doors and four drive-in doors. The property is scheduled for completion early next year.

First Elm Logistics Center is a 5-acre site in Fontana, CA, and will have a 32’ clear height, 12 dock positions and one drive in door. The 83,000-square-foot building is slated for completion in mid-2023.

PREMIER’s Steven Gabbert said, “First Industrial’s team has a reputation for going above and beyond when developing new industrial property. Their focus on optimal design and construction quality aligns well with our commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.”
