Inland Brokerage Promotes “Off-Market” Specialists

Inland Real Estate Commercial Brokerage Inc. has promoted Paul Montes and Eric Spiess (pictured) to SVPs.

While continuing core activities in the $1-million to $10 million range, which is where 86% of Inland Commercial Brokerage’s transactions occur, the duo is prioritizing “off-market” brokerage over traditional list/sell models.

The wide range in value and complexity of their successful “off-market” sales include Huntington Condominiums in Naperville, IL and Stonegate Apartments in Glendale Heights, IL, which totaled 900 units and sold for more than $73 million. At the other end of the spectrum, Montes and Spiess sold the 10,227-square-foot Flagg Creek Shopping Center, in Indian Head Park, IL, for $2.1 million.

“Today’s marketplace continues to be increasingly sophisticated, and the analysis tools available create so much more transparency than even a few years ago,” said Spiess. “Clients value our skills in sourcing acquisitions and quietly selling assets.”
