Inland Acquires Sprouts-Anchored Center
Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc. bought Denton Village, a 46,300-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Denton, TX. Matt Tice with Inland Real Estate Acquisitions and David Neboyskey with Inland Real Estate Group Inc. represented the buyer, which operated on behalf of an institutional fund advised by Inland Institutional Capital LLC. Both the seller and sales price were undisclosed.
The center at 2351 Hickory Creek Rd. delivered in late 2016, and is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market. Tenants include Pet Supermarket, Domino’s Pizza, T-Mobile and Hollywood Nails.
The buy marks Chicago-based Inland Real Estate Acquisitions’ 292nd transaction in Texas. “Denton Village’s prime location in Denton, which is home to the University of Texas and Texas Woman’s University, added to the appeal of this necessity-based retail property,” Tice said.
