Infinity Real Estate Sells Staten Island Shopping Center

An affiliate of Raymour & Flanigan has acquired Richmond Plaza, a shopping center in Staten Island, from Infinity Real Estate, an NYC-based real estate subsidiary of Infinity Collective.

Located at 2505-2535 Richmond Avenue, the 77,000 square feet property is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Starbucks, and Vitamin Shoppe. The buyer plans to occupy the former Staples location.

Infinity Real Estate acquired the property in 2020, implemented a value-add strategy that included securing long-term tenancy with Dick’s Sporting Goods, expanding their lease, and improving traffic circulation through the addition of new curb cuts.
