Industry Veteran Koltis Joins Moinian Group

The Moinian Group has hired industry veteran Theodore Koltis as EVP of commercial leasing for the firm’s entire commercial real estate portfolio. The developer currently operates more than 20 million square feet in New York City, Los Angeles and Dallas.

Throughout his 25-year career, Koltis has represented landlords and tenants, having arranged or advised on more than 30 million square feet of real estate transactions valued at more than $10.5 billion. Most recently he was president of the Eastern region agency and consulting practice at Colliers.

“The Moinian Group has been a valued client and one of the most dynamic, well-funded property owner/developers in the country with a tremendous portfolio and sophisticated grasp of the industry,” Koltis said. “With the market slowly coming back and the slate of projects in The Moinian Group’s pipeline, I am absolutely thrilled to be making this transition to join Joe Moinian and his team.”
