Industry Veteran Jeff Schotz Joins NKF in NJ
CRE veteran Jeff Schotz (pictured) has joined NKF as executive managing director. He’ll lead NKF’s agency services team in the New Jersey market.
“Jeff is an absolute legend in the industry,” said vice chairman David Simson. “We could not be more excited to welcome him back to the New Jersey market, where he first established himself as a force in the commercial real estate world.”
Over the course of his career, Schotz has held positions with several of the region’s leading firms, and has been involved in leasing more than 30 million square feet to many of the world’s premier corporations.
Before joining NKF, Schotz was an EVP with owner-developer SJP Properties, where he oversaw leasing and marketing for SJP’s multi-million-square-foot portfolio. Prior to SJP, he was a partner at the Mack Company (now Mack-Cali), where he led leasing and marketing, and Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, where he began his career.
