Industry Veteran Barry Lewen Joins Cresa

Cresa’s New York office has made a trio of hires over the past two weeks. Barry Lewen joined as a principal late last month, and most recently Bernadette Leone has joined as senior advisor of project management, and Julia Coiro has come aboard as graphic design associate.

“Barry fosters long-term client relationships through trust and creative problem-solving strategies,” said Peter Sabesan, managing principal of Cresa New York. “The strong business acumen, entrepreneurial vision and excellent negotiation skills he is able to offer our clients are invaluable.”

Before joining Cresa, Lewen served as executive managing director for Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors. Previously he held senior positions with a number of brokerage firms.

Leone will assist in business development through due diligence of existing structures, budget monitoring, permit tracking with the Department of Buildings, schedule maintenance and construction supervision. Coiro will assist in developing marketing campaigns across digital and print media.
