Industry Leaders Provide Insights at CREtech New York 2025 (VIDEO)

The CREtech New York 2025 conference at the Jacob K. Javits Center brought together leaders from both the major real estate firms and the proptech firms — startups as well as established companies — helping to advance the industry into the future. Artificial intelligence is on everybody’s radar screen in 2025, and it was the focal point of several panel discussions at the eighth annual two-day event.

In the first of two videos below, you will hear CRE leaders address the question, “To advance in today’s market, what technology opportunities and advancements should the CRE industry not ignore?” Paul Zeckser, co-founder and CEO at LightTable, CTO Oded Noy at Crexi and Zoneomics founder Matthew Player offer their insights to Connect CRE:

The second video again features Zeckser, Noy and Player. Each addresses the question, “How are you approaching AI within both the sector and your company?”

Don’t miss the chance to gain exclusive insights into the next groundbreaking technology poised to transform the commercial real estate industry and shape the future. Connect North American Investment in Digital Infrastructure & AI is scheduled for Feb. 11, 2026 in Montreal.
