Mayfair Capital and Corporate Transportation Group have joined the tenant roster at Industry City in Brooklyn

Industry City Engineers Quick Deals for Two New Tenants

Industry City has added Mayfair Capital, a real estate investment and management firm, and Corporate Transportation Group, which offers a variety of professional and consumer transportation services, to its tenant roster.

The two leases account for nearly 13,000 square feet of creative office space at the complex. Mayfair Capital is taking 3,145 square feet, and Corporate Transportation Group will occupy 9,555 square feet, pushing the total square footage leased since March 2020 at the Sunset Park complex to nearly 900,000 square feet.

“The campus has so much to offer from an amenities perspective, but for these specific tenants, finishing the deal quickly was key,” said Jeff Fein, Industry City’s SVP of leasing. “Corporate Transportation Group leased a pre-built space, and we were able to build quickly for Mayfair Capital.”

Industry City was represented by Fein and senior leasing manager Liz Henry in negotiations.
