Industry City Adds Four New Leases 

Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, announces four new leases totaling 15,282 square feet: 

Kinolime secured a 5,389-square-foot office in Building 2, facilitating film and TV pilot production. Dowbuilt leased 3,227 square feet in Building 3, establishing its East Coast hub for residential construction. Prudential Insurance relocated its brokerage office, signing a 2,575-square-foot lease in Building 5. KYHA Studios claimed a 4,091-square-foot showroom in Building 7 for bridal design and embellishment. 

The complex houses over 70 film-related businesses, a Design District, and established fashion brands like Moda Operandi. Jeff Fein leads the in-house leasing team at Industry City and represents the property in all mentioned deals. William Korchak and Ed DiTolla from JLL represented Prudential Insurance, and Erik Yankelovich from Atlas Realty Group Partners represented Kinolime in their respective deals.
