Industrious to Open 37K-SF St. Petersburg Location

Premium workplace provider Industrious has announced plans to open a new location in St. Petersburg. The location will be called Industrious 200 Central, and will be the first-ever national coworking space in St. Petersburg.

Located at 200 Central Ave., the 37,000-square-foot location will span the entirety of the downtown building’s third, fourth and fifth floors. Industrious has partnered with Third Lake Partners to open the location. The project is the second time that Third Lake has partnered with Industrious. The first project, at Centro Ybor in Tampa, is expected to open later this year.

“Industrious is committed to meeting businesses and employees where they live, and the Tampa Bay area increasingly ranks among the top regions in the nation for economic and population growth,” said Justin Stewart, president and co-founder at Industrious.

“We’re excited to be a part of that journey by bringing the first coworking spaces to St. Petersburg, and we look forward to supporting its thriving business community as it continues to grow across a range of industries.”
