Flexible workspace provider Industrious will provide tenant experience and community engagement services across Nuveen Real Estate's nationwide portfolio

Industrious Partners with Nuveen Real Estate on Nationwide Tenant Experience Network

Industrious, a New York-based flexible workspace provider, has partnered with Nuveen Real Estate to provide tenant experience and community engagement services across Nuveen’s nationwide office building portfolio. The partnership will allow Industrious to create a first of its kind “network approach” to locally based Nuveen’s portfolio of 64 properties across 13 states.

On behalf of Nuveen, Industrious will develop a national tenant experience and community engagement program that will focus on brand and hospitality standards, talent and training, engagement and communications, programming and content, and analytics.

The two companies said the partnership will provide professionals with access to bespoke amenities and programming at all of Nuveen’s buildings, to include booking private spaces, conference rooms, and attending events through a wholly integrated hospitality and engagement team. It will also develop a full consumer-facing rebranding of all Industrious x Nuveen buildings, with consistent signage, colors and design.
