Industrious Opens Third Seattle Workspace 

Flexible workplace provider Industrious has opened its newest downtown Seattle workspace, Industrious 400U @ Rainier Square, located at 400 University St. within the larger 1.7-million-square-foot commercial, retail and residential complex known as Rainier Square. Industrious 400U @ Rainier Square is the company’s third workspace in Seattle. 

“Today’s office workers want flexible workspaces that are conveniently located in amenity-rich communities and are easily accessible to transportation hubs,” said Jerome Fried, Director of Real Estate at Industrious.  

He continued, “We’re excited to open our doors at Industrious 400U @ Rainier Square, a great location for hybrid work schedules, surrounded by retail and dining options and easily accessible from any part of the metro area. We’re grateful to our partners at Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and Wright Runstad and we look forward to expanding our presence in Seattle.”
