Industrious Opens Alternative Workspace Facility at City Ridge in DC
Flexible workplace company Industrious has partnered with landlords Roadside Development and North America Sekisui House, LLC to open a new workspace at 14 Ridge Square at City Ridge, a 10-acre mixed-use development located in Washington, DC. The newly opened space is Industrious’ seventh location in DC.
Industrious is a workplace-as-a-service firm that supports a variety of work models with its coworking, private offices and conference products. According to the company, Industrious’ terms enable companies to outsource their workplace experience.
Industrious City Ridge features over 125 offices including two focus rooms and 13 conference rooms. The space offers two printer stations, 21 modular phone booths, 515 desks and four restrooms across the building.
The 2022-completed City Ridge neighborhood is located along Wisconsin Avenue. The development is home to 160,000 square feet of office space along with 154,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Four residential properties with 690 apartments border City Ridge.
