Industrious, Nuveen Announce Hybrid Work Experience Across 175 Locations
Industrious and Nuveen Real Estate have launched a new hybrid work solution, enabling Nuveen tenants to reserve workspaces across 175+ properties and Industrious coworking spaces.
The collaboration, initiated in January 2023, introduced a Tenant Experience platform across Nuveen’s U.S. commercial real estate, driving notable improvements in Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Industrious’ Tenant Experience Management platform, introduced in 2019, enhances building operations with over 100 hospitality standards, optimizing property value and tenant satisfaction.
