Industrious Expands in Seattle, Will Open New Location in Dexter Landing
Coworking space company Industrious is expanding in Seattle with a new location in Dexter Landing, an office development near the South Lake Union neighborhood.
The company plans to open a nearly 18,700-square-foot space at 1100 Dexter Ave. N. in late spring. The 223,200-square-foot campus is between two Meta Platforms Inc. buildings, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. The new location will be its fifth Seattle-area location with a space.
Industrious Lake Union will have 232 seats and will feature amenities including daily breakfast service, coffee, office supplies and unlimited color printing. California-based Palisade Group and Sabal Investment Holdings paid $47.5 million for the 2.3-acre property earlier this year.
Industrious also has Seattle area locations at 400 University in downtown Seattle, in the University District, Bellevue and the Denny Triangle. The company offers coworking spaces in more than 160 locations across 65 cities worldwide.
