Industrious Comes to Dallas Farmers Market

Premium workplace provider Industrious has partnered with the Dallas Farmers Market to operate Industrious Dallas Farmers Market. The company will manage more 23,000 square feet of working space at 910 S. Pearl Expressway.

Joining existing spaces in the Arts District and Plano, Industrious Dallas Farmers Market marks the company’s third location in the Dallas area, and brings its local footprint to nearly 85,000 square feet.

“The Dallas Farmers Market was not created overnight,” said Brian Bergersen, CEO and president of Spectrum Properties LTD. “We have come a long way from our humble roots. But now, as the market enters a new era, it’s time to show what is next.”

Industrious Dallas Farmers Market will feature shared workplaces and private offices for teams of various sizes, and is expected to open in Q1 2021.
