A veteran industrial team, led by industrial end-user specialist Jason Dillee, departed Cushman & Wakefield to join CBRE’s Houston office. In addition to Dillee (who has the role of senior vice president), the team includes First Vice President Andrew Jewett, Vice Presidents Cape Bell and Nathan Wynne, and Associate Harper Gully. The team, which completed 968 transactions valued at more than $1 billion over more than a decade, will report to CBRE’s Peter Mainguy (managing director) and Cody Armbrister (senior managing director).

The team’s leasing portfolio exceeds 10 million square feet. Dillee and his colleagues will continue their focus on investor clients. “My team and I are excited to be joining the dynamic CBRE platform,” he said. “The firm’s depth of research, resources, technology and global market coverage will provide a substantial benefit both to our team and to our clients.”
