More Industrial Space on the Way to Garland
IDI Gazeley is setting its sights on Garland, TX for its next project, the Garland Logistics Center. The $20-million development will bring 494,000 square feet of industrial space near Interstate 635 and Garland Road. The Garland Logistics Center site is one of the last sizeable, undeveloped parcels available for industrial development in Garland.
IDI has already built the 472,244-square-foot Jupiter Trade Center at 3300 Wood Dr. in Garland. The center is fully leased to Andersen Windows, Liquidity Services, American Logistics Services, and Great Western Malting Co.
“We are pleased to have the opportunity to work again with the city of Garland on another new facility in their fine city,” said Doug Johnson with IDI Gazeley. “Our most recent development, the Jupiter Trade Center, was a great success.”
