Industrial Sale Creates Opportunity for Logistics Hub Expansion
A multi-purpose warehouse located at 2620 Palisades Dr. in West Corona recently sold to Crown Associates Realty for an undisclosed purchase price. This transaction creates an opportunity for tenant expansion into a transportation and logistics hub, say brokers involved with the transaction.
The property is located 3.85 miles from the Orange County border with access to the 91 and 241 freeways. And, with its close proximity to the West Corona Metrolink, the building offers an advantage for tenants looking to grow operations serving the Riverside and Orange county markets.
Colliers’ Clyde Stauff and Jace Gan represented both buyer and seller, L&CD Developments.
“This class-A industrial building was vacant at the time of sale and presented an ideal investment opportunity,” Stauff said.
The warehouse, built in 2017, sits on approximately 3.66 acres and retains zoning that allows for both distribution and manufacturing. The facility is fully leased.
