Industrial Recycler Acquires Floor at WestStar Tower

Hunt Companies, Inc. and WestStar said W. Silver Recycling, one of North Americas largest industrial recyclers, will locate at WestStar Tower in downtown El Paso. W. Silver has purchased the 15th floor of the new 20-story, Class-AA office building.

WestStar Tower broke ground in the summer of 2018, and recently commemorated a topping off. When completed, it will be El Paso’s tallest building.

“Despite the pandemic, we are pleased to be able to continue to make progress in both construction and leasing efforts,” said Hunt EVP Josh Hunt. “W. Silver is a welcome addition to this state-of-the-art project.”

Other tenants committed to the project include HUB International, Corralito Restaurant, WestStar Bank, and Hunt Companies.

Pre-leasing and sales of condominium office space are in full swing. Will and Adin Brown with Sonny Brown Associates lead the leasing and sales effort for office and retail users.
