Industrial Real Estate Experts Weigh in on the Sector’s 2023 Outlook (VIDEO)

At the recent Connect Industrial Midwest 2023 conference in Rosemont, IL, the conversation both on and off the stage revolved around opportunities and the 2023 forecast for industrial real estate. Connect CRE put three of the experts we brought together on camera, asking each these questions: “What is an opportunity in industrial real estate that not many people are aware of?” and “Is the 2023 outlook for industrial better, worse or the same compared to 2022?”

In the video below, you’ll hear insights from keynote speaker KC Conway, founder of Red Shoe Economics; John Basile, EVP, industrial services at NAI Hiffman; and Jim Kerrigan, managing principal, North American Data Centers.
