Industrial Property Sells to Local Buyer

Frontier Equity LLC, a division of Holt Lunsford Commercial Inc., acquired the 52,613-square-foot Hutton Court in the Dallas suburb of Farmers Branch, TX. The Addison, TX-headquartered buyer struck the deal with Mountain West for an undisclosed amount. The Dallas Central Appraisal District assessed the property at $3.1 million.

Lizzy Blake led the Colliers International Group Inc.’s team that represented the Denver, CO-based seller, which had held the property for close to 10 years. The buyer was self-represented.

Hutton Court, at 1920 Hutton Court, was 87% occupied at the time of the sale. Tenants include Milestone Electric Inc., Ironclad Performance Wear and Netsync Network Solutions.
