Industrial Park On Tap at Redlands Aviation Park

Rossmore Enterprises, the owner of land near Redlands Aviation Park, is proposing a 749,346-square-foot industrial park with 10 buildings near the facility.

The company is looking to repeal a plan that the city put in place in 1983, that calls for the development of a taxiway that connects to an industrial development. Instead, Rossmore would like approval to have it rezoned for light industrial use, that would include warehouses and distribution centers.

Rossmore, which has been trying to market the property for 30 years, says that the additional uses could attract more tenants.
