
Industrial Park in Irving Reaches Full Lease-Up
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has locked in 100% occupancy for the new owner of a 13-tenant industrial flex project in Irving, replacing month-to-month pacts with long-term leases at the prevailing rate in the South Stemmons submarket.
The industrial park is dominated by automobile-related businesses, some who occupy more than one suite. “We were pleasantly surprised that every tenant decided to remain in place”, says Jason Finch from Bradford, adding “finding suitable space can be very difficult for automotive users.”
Tyler Family Property made some immediate improvements to the structure at 321-363 N. Rogers Rd. following the acquisition in the fourth quarter of 2021. In the coming months, the landlord is planning to paint the building’s exterior and stripe the parking lot.
